Strong recommend!! I come from Australia and have conference in NYC. I only have 1 day to shop and Mike give me a excellent experience. I also compare the other good reputation stores, but Sea Wave is the best. Honesty, patient ,good quality and they will tell you each diamond's feature why they are different price and let you choose. I end up with 2ct round diamond. Who said the only thing you shouldn't do in NY is buying diamond for the diamond district. I said the only thing you must do is buy diamond from sea wave. It sounds like advertisement but this is the way I want to thank mike he did a wonderful job and I really appreciated. I definitely will buy my next diamond from sea wave. Elaine Z.
Exceeded expectations. After getting engaged and needing to purchase a new setting due to size issues my fiancé and I walked into sea wave randomly on a sat morning while browsing in the diamond district. It was still early and seawave was one of only a handful of stores open. And I'm so thankful they were because I found exactly what I was looking for. From the second we walked in we felt comfortable. These guys are not pushy jewelry salesman AT ALL. Their number one prioirity was helping me find the perfect setting for ME. Alex was our guy and was extremely knowledgeable. Upon looking at my center stone he immediately knew the exact color, cut, carat weight and clarity. After patiently looking at photos on my ipad of the type of setting I was looking for he presented me with many options before I found the one I'd been looking for.
