Domestic Orders:
All items are shipped via FedEx and are fully insured. We
provide our customers with 3 types of shipping: Priority Overnight, Second Day,
and Saturday Delivery. For any type, signature is required upon delivery.
Purchases over $10.000 have to be shipped via overnight shipping only. New York
Sales Tax is collected on all orders shipped within New York State. We do not
collect Sales Tax on orders shipped out of New York State.

International Orders:
All international orders are shipped via FedEx Priority
international service. USPS service can be also used by request. Buyer is
responsible for all customs and duty fees.

If the tag has been removed from the item,
purchased from Sea Wave Diamonds online store, return can not be made

For security purposes, please DO NOT mention the
content of the package on the outside of the box
